Gemma has expertise in helping corporate leadership teams to develop transformational sustainability strategies and establish the governance practices needed to successfully deliver their strategies and visions. She also leads Forum’s UK/Europe work on Visionary Leadership. Since joining Forum, she has worked on projects with Bupa, Reckitt, Royal Enfield, The Crowne Estate, Glanbia, Bord Bia, Dole, Wates, Kingfisher and a global top five supermarket chain. Gemma has also led practical thought leadership pieces, such as the second iteration of the Business Transformation Compass in partnership with the Bentley Environmental Foundation, and the Visionary Leadership modules of two of Forum’s Climate & Health toolkits. Gemma’s background spans 15 years in industry and NGO roles in corporate sustainability and evidence-based policy. Gemma draws on her eight years in the Global Sustainable Business Team and the Global Reporting & Insights Team at Unilever to tackle practical considerations that can be addressed through strategy design and governance practices.
